2. What data we collect

Orders and questions come to us by email. When you write to us, we receive your name, your email address and the content of your message. To complete the order we also ask for a delivery address and a telephone number where these are needed. We do not create user accounts and the site has no shopping basket.

3. What we use the data for

We use the data only to complete orders, to answer messages and for our accounting. We keep the source documents for our accounting for the period the law requires, and other correspondence only for as long as it is needed to deal with the matter.

4. Cookies

We use the cookies the site needs to work. We use statistics and marketing cookies only if you have given your consent on the cookie bar.

Meta Pixel (marketing cookie)

If you press “Accept” on the cookie bar, we use the Meta Pixel. This service is provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd (Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland). The pixel places the _fbp cookie in your browser and sends Meta information about what you do on our site: which pages and products you viewed, what you added to the basket, whether you started an order and the value of a completed order. Your IP address and browser details also reach Meta along with this. We use this data to measure the results of our advertising and to show our ads on Facebook and Instagram. The legal basis is your consent.

Meta may also process the data outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. Such transfers take place under the EU‑US Data Privacy Framework. For how Meta itself processes data, see the Meta Privacy Policy.

Without your consent the Meta Pixel is not loaded and no data is sent to Meta. You can change your consent at any time: press “Cookie settings” in the site footer and choose “Essential only”. After that the pixel no longer loads and the _fbp cookie is deleted. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Google Analytics (statistics cookie)

If you press “Accept” on the cookie bar, we also use Google Analytics. This service is provided by Google Ireland Ltd (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Analytics places the _ga and _ga_* cookies in your browser and collects information about which pages of our site were visited. Your IP address is anonymised, and we do not use Google signals or ad personalisation. We use this data only to see how many people visit the site and which pages are popular. The legal basis is your consent.

5. Who we pass the data on to

We do not sell your data. Data reaches Meta for marketing and Google for statistics only with your consent (see section 4). We pass data on only to the partners needed to complete the order, for example the delivery details to the parcel service and the invoice details to our accountant. We keep the data in the European Union.

6. Your rights

You have the right to see your data, to have it corrected and to ask for it to be deleted. To do that, write to info@villjasall.ee. We delete the data within the period laid down, apart from data the law obliges us to keep. If you find that your rights have been infringed, you can turn to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
